When a campaign keeps running out of budget, it means the bids are too aggressive relative to the budget. Therefore, if there were a rule stating that once a campaign reaches a certain out-of-budget rate, the bids should be lowered ,either across all keywords or just the ones with the highest ACoS , it would help. Right now, we do this manually, and it significantly reduces the ACoS in the account

This is an interesting idea! Alternatively, I'd like to increase budget on campaigns that are low ACOS but are running out of budget for the day. Like, if ACOS is 10% for the day (knowing not all data will be captured for another couple days), and at 90% of budget, I'd love a rule that could increase the campaign's budget by 10% or something like that.

Matt Pearson yea it's also option to increase the budget, but the worst thing is to keep the campaign with low in budget %
