ASIN target Exclusion for Product Targeting Import Rules

Currently, the Exclude Phrase list in the Import Rule only works for keyword search terms. There is no equivalent filter for ASIN product targets.
Users with ASIN-targeting campaigns (e.g., competitor and branded ASIN campaigns) need the ability to exclude specific ASINs from being imported, similar to how phrases are excluded in keyword-based import rules.
Use Case:
Exclude own ASINs from a Competitor ASIN Campaign
Restrict imports to own ASINs only in a Branded ASIN Campaign
