Is it possible to add the ability to exclude dates on a bidding rule level? For example, the exclude date feature would exist in the edit page of each rule. This feature in tandem with bulk edit would make it easy to manage.

It would be helpful for events (like holiday, prime day, lightning deals) where bidding rules that decreased bids could be manually excluded while rules that increases bids could continue and vice versa. Currently, adding the date would exclude all rules globally.

This means selecting a date range I.e 22nd Novmember - 1st January (instead of having to choose each date individually).
