Hi CULISE — thanks for sharing this request. Can you give a bit more detail on what you’d want a Claude connector to handle for you? For example: are you looking to ask questions about performance, generate optimization recommendations, or create/edit campaigns (including bulk actions) from Claude? Also, in your ideal setup, would Claude be embedded as a chat experience inside Scale Insights, or are you expecting to connect your Scale Insights/Amazon Ads data into Claude and work from there? Lastly, who would be using it (you vs a team/agency) and how frequently (daily optimizations vs occasional reporting)?

I would use it both to answer performance questions and do quick analysis but also to push bulk updates or campaign creation using natural language. The idea is we can speed up the campaign management and campaign creation beyond a campaign builder within the tool and also use the processed data within SI to ask the right questions.
I figure the easiest would be to run it within Claude and to provide a similar access level as with the user permissions so either team members or agencies could access the data and push changes. We work with other sheets and internal documents, so accessing through Claude itself would be definitely more useful than a side chat within SI.
A second layer, later in the dev would be to set up Rule Configurations based on natural language queries. It would help a lot to simplify the automation set up.
Nevertheless, access to data through Claude both for analysis and pushing changes would be a huge and necessary step to catch up as most sellers are already looking for external tools to get access to it.
