The delay when we hover over the sidebar menu icons is annoying and unnecessary.

It makes the site feel slow and unresponsive and adds frustration when we want to navigate somewhere.

(No other aspect of the UX is slow and unresponsive like this).

Please consider drastically cutting the delay here.
