In today's marketplace dynamic it is crucial to be able to scale up or down budgets depending on what competitors are doing. For example if your main competitors are running LD or BD or Price Discounts in that day, your best performing campaigns can have 2 times lower ROAS. If they are scaled the previous days and are spending a lot, having a such a day will impact negatively your profitability.
And the other way around. If you as a brand are running deals, your campaigns might perform great in that day. Meaning budgets should be scaled if they are positive.
