Revisit: Automated Review Request

This is a request to reconsider the previously archived feature for automating Amazon's review request process directly within Scale Insights.
Use Case:
Amazon sellers are currently managing review requests manually through Seller Central or paying for a separate tool (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerBoard) just to automate this one workflow. Since Scale Insights already has deep SP-API integration with seller accounts, the infrastructure to support the Amazon Solicitations API should be largely in place. A built-in review request automation would allow sellers to trigger review requests automatically based on order eligibility windows, without ever leaving the platform.
Why Build This:
Reviews directly impact PPC performance. Higher review counts improve conversion rates, lowering ACoS and making ad spend more efficient. Since Scale Insights is already optimizing the ad side of the equation, adding review automation closes the loop by helping improve the organic performance metrics that PPC depends on. It also reduces tool fragmentation for sellers, strengthening Scale Insights' value as an all-in-one growth platform rather than a standalone PPC tool.
Revisiting this now makes sense given how tightly reviews and ad performance are connected in the current Amazon ecosystem.
